It was a shocking experience from the moment we arrived. The photos were a total misrepresentation—dirty linens and a cockroach did not belong in a hotel! Our late-night requests for basic supplies were ignored. A broken A/C unit and unusable Wi-Fi made our stay even less enjoyable.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The friendly staff made check-in a breeze, and it was great to have a fridge in our room for snacks. The two queen beds were comfortable enough, perfect after a day exploring the city with our grown kids.

In my wife’s opinion, they should improve the bathroom amenities for families, like providing better toiletries.

I really enjoyed how everything was just a short stroll away, from the beautiful kadie the cow statue to the vibrant galleries on 10th street, making it perfect for my weekend city explorations. the bed in my king room was super comfy after long days of walking around downtown, providing the relaxation I needed each evening.

The rooms were equipped with a fantastic Jacuzzi jetted tub, adding a luxurious touch to my stay.

The front desk charged me a higher rate than what was initially confirmed, creating unnecessary confusion during check-in.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the large selection of TV channels and the comfy bed that made it easy to relax after a long day. The hotel also has a cool pool and lounge area for unwinding. Just a minor note, the bathroom could use a little extra attention, but overall, I had a great experience! 😊

Although the bed was fairly comfortable, the condition of the room was disappointing, featuring peeling paint and holes that roaches used as pathways. Additionally, hidden fees like a pet charge and room deposit made the experience feel deceptive, leaving much to be desired.

The Surestay Hotel By Best Western Columbus Downtown had a lovely atmosphere. The staff was genuinely kind and attentive, and my room was spacious and clean, making it comfortable and accessible for my needs as a senior traveler.

Would recommend for a short layover

Comfortable room, convenient location, and ample amenities such as free Wi-Fi. I appreciated the quick access to the nearest airport just 7 km away, allowing me to explore the city easily before my departure.
